The Bundesliga have had their fair share of world-class strikers down the years but the attacking quality in the German League has gone up another level this season.

The likes of Andre SilvaRobert Lewandowski and Erling Haaland are in outrageous form right now and all three players could end up winning the Golden Boot.

Robert Lewandowski

The Polish international has been the best striker in the world for quite some time now and his scoring rate has shown no signs of decline.

The Bayern Munich striker has scored 25 goals in 21 League games and he is well placed to win the European Golden Shoe once again.

Robert Lewandowski has been unstoppable in the Bundesliga so far this season and he will be desperate to retain he’s placed at the top of the scoring charts.

 Andre Silva

The Portuguese international has been a revelation since his move to the Bundesliga.

He joined the German club on loan back in 2019 and he produced 12 goals in 25 games before his move was made permanent in 2020.

In the 2020 calendar year, he scored 18 League goals and only Haaland and Lewandowski scored more than him.

He has gone from strength to strength and he is the top scorer across Europe’s top five leagues in 2021 with nine goals.

As far as overall stats are considered, Silva has 18 goals in 21 League games so far this season and his scoring numbers are a new club record for Eintracht Frankfurt.

Erling Haaland

The Borussia Dortmund striker is undoubtedly the best young striker in world football right now.

The Norwegian’s talent is beyond doubt but what is astonishing is that he is already competing with established superstars like Lewandoski for the Golden Boot.

The 20-year-old striker managed to score 16 goals in 18 games last season and his form has not dipped in his first full season with the German outfit.

Haaland has scored 15 League goals in 16 appearances so far and he will be hoping to catch up with the likes of Silva and Lewandowski in the coming months.
