Hertha 2-5 Dortmund: Unstoppable Haaland helps Dortmund to a comeback win

Erling Haaland-Borussia Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund picked up a 5-2 win over Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga earlier tonight.

Star striker Erling Haaland scored four goals in the second half to guide his team to a remarkable win away from home.

Brazilian attacker Cunha gave Hertha Berlin their lead on the 33rd minute and Dortmund came back into the game through Erling Haaland two minutes into the second half.

The Norwegian international put Dortmund ahead two minutes later and then doubled their advantage on the 62nd minute by completing his hat trick.

Guerreiro scored the fourth goal for Borussia Dortmund to put the game beyond Hertha Berlin’s reach.

The home side were offered a glimmer of hope when Cunha scored his second goal of the game through a penalty on the 79th minute but any chance of a comeback was wiped clean when Haaland scored his fourth goal of the game soon after.

The Dortmund striker now has 10 goals in seven Bundesliga games this season and 15 in all competitions.

Meanwhile, 16 year old wonder kid Moukoko was given his Borussia Dortmund debut against Hertha Berlin today and he has now become Bundesliga’s youngest ever player.

The win takes Dortmund up to second in the table with 18 points from their eight league games and they are now just one point shy of the League leaders Bayern Munich.
