The French winger responded to interests from Manchester clubs.

Bayern Munich star Kingsley Coman has responded to reported Manchester City and Man Utd interest, insisting that he has no desire to leave the Bundesliga champions at the moment.

The 24-year-old has been impressive for Bayern this season, racking up 2 goals and 7 assists in Bundesliga, adding to it three goals in Champions League.

Last season, Coman played a big hand for the Bavarians in achieving the continental treble, scoring the decisive goal in the Champions League final against PSG.

Now, the former Juventus star has insisted that he has no interest in leaving Allianz Arena although he is flattered by the transfer interests from Premier League giants Man Utd and Man City.

‘Knowing that good teams are interested in me is good, it gives me extra confidence.

But I have a contract here until 2023, I only think about Bayern. It’s all good, I’m happy.’

Coman was also able to push summer signing Leroy Sane down the ranks due to his consistency, but the Frenchman admitted that he initially worried about losing his place with the arrival of the German winger.

‘I had the feeling that I could be used less often. I’m 24, that’s an age I have to play!

‘Fortunately, my fear did not come true.’

Hansi Flick’s men are currently leading the Bundesliga table, two points clear of RB Leipzig. They are set to face Borussia Monchengladbach in their next league game.
