Ansu Fati inspires Barcelona to a 4-0 win over Villarreal

Barcelona picked up an impressive 4-0 win over Villarreal in La Liga earlier today at Camp Nou.

Teenage star Ansu Fati scored a brace for the Spanish Giants. He managed to win a penalty for his team as well which was despatched by Lionel Messi.

The Argentine star played a key role in Barcelona’s fourth goal as Pau Torres deflected his pass into the back of his own net.

Barcelona will be delighted with their start to the season and they will be hoping to build on this and put together winning run now.

Real Madrid won the Spanish League title last year and Barcelona will be desperate to clinch the title this time around.

It will be interesting to see if Ronald Koeman can lead his side to domestic glory next summer.

The Dutch manager will be reasonably pleased with his first game in charge of the Spanish outfit.

Barcelona were the better team heading into the game but nobody would have expected them to win as convincingly as they have done. They went 4-0 up before the break itself.

Barcelona are always better team on paper, but fans were eager to know how Antoine Griezmann, Philippe Coutinho would combine in the team. He even introduced Ousmane Dembele in place of Ansu Fati at 70th minute.

Villarreal will be thoroughly disappointed with their performance and it will be interesting to see if they can bounce back with an impressive result in their next game.

Unai Emery has been backed in the market this summer and the Spanish outfit will be hoping for better results in the coming weeks.
