Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi linked with Unai Emery’s Villarreal

Matteo Guendouzi wants to leave Arsenal this summer

Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi has been linked with a move to Villarreal this summer.

The young midfielder has failed to impress Mikel Arteta at Arsenal and it would be ideal for him to move on in search of regular first-team football.

As per reports, Arteta has already given the green light regarding Guendouzi’s sale this summer.

There is no doubt that the young midfielder he’s quite talented and he has a big future ahead of him, but he has to sort out his attitude problems if he wants to succeed at the highest level.

Guendouzi’s antics on the training ground and during games have infuriated the new Arsenal manager and he’s looking to cash in on the player this summer.

Emery was the one who signed Guendouzi for Arsenal and he wants to take the player to Spain now.

The player is valued at £30m and it will be interesting to see if the Spanish club can afford him.

Arsenal are better off spending the money on a player who can improve their squad.

The Gunners need to improve the midfield this summer and they have already signed Willian on a free transfer from Chelsea.

If Guendouzi can work on his mentality, he will develop into a top-class player in future. The youngster has the technique and the talent to reach the very top.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have already agreed on terms on a new deal with star striker Aubameyang and the contract extension should be finalised soon.
