Gareth Bale open to Real Madrid return despite differences with Zidane

Gareth Bale-Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham attacker Gareth Bale is thought to be keen on a return to Real Madrid at the end of the season.

The Welsh international is on loan at the Premier League club and he will have a year left on his Real Madrid contract once this season is over.

It is believed that Bale would be open to a return to Real Madrid despite his problems with manager Zinedine Zidane.

The Frenchman is under pressure after a mediocre start to the season and if he leaves the club, it would leave the door open for Gareth Bale to return to the Spanish club.

Apparently, the attacker is highly rated by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and he is a firm supporter of Gareth Bale despite the attacker’s differences with Zidane.

The Welshman will be looking to regain his form and fitness during his loan spell at Tottenham and it will be interesting to see if he can guide the Londoners to a trophy this season.

If he manages to recapture his peak form, a return to Real Madrid next season could be beneficial for the Spanish club as well.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops at Real Madrid between now and the end of the season.

Zidane will be expected to deliver trophies and if the Frenchman fails to do so, a new manager might come in and let Gareth Bale resurrect his career at Santiago Bernabeu.
