Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi has revealed his frustration once again.
The Argentine attacker claimed that he is tired of being painted as the villain at Barcelona and he hinted that he could be on his way out of the Spanish club soon.
Messi said: “I’m tired of always being the problem for everything at the club.”
There have been rumours about Lionel Messi’s controlling nature at Barcelona and recently his teammate Antoine Griezmann’s agent claimed that Messi is like an emperor and a monarch at the club.
He also revealed that Lionel Messi has made life difficult for the French international and it has been a regime of terror for the former Real Sociedad star.
Griezmann’s agent said: “Antoine arrived at a club with serious problems where Messi controls
“Messi’s attitude has been deplorable, he has made him feel it. I’ve always heard Antoine say that he had no problems with Messi, but never the other way around. It is the regime of terror. Either you are with him, or you are against him.”
Messi is in the final year of his contract at Barcelona and he has been linked with a move to the Premier League.
Apparently Manchester City are keen on signing him during the January transfer window and it will be interesting to see how the situation develops.
La Liga president Javier Tebas recently claimed that Manchester City are the only club capable of signing the Argentine because they compete outside the financial rules.
Messi wanted to leave Barcelona at the start of this season but the Spanish outfit forced him to stay my demanding is full release clause to be paid by his suitors.
