Transfer Update – La Liga: Pjanic, Dybala, Rodriguez

Transfer Update - La Liga - Pjanic, Dybala, Rodriguez

Barcelona have been linked with a host of players already and the latest name linked with the Spanish giants is that of Miralem Pjanic.

The Bosnian midfielder wants to join the Catalan club this summer and he is prepared to turn down the advances of Premier League clubs such as Chelsea.

It will be interesting to see if Barcelona can agree on the move with Juventus.

Pjanic is an experienced midfielder who will add quality and depth to Setien’s midfield. He could prove to be a handy option for the Spanish outfit in the short term.

Meanwhile, Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has admitted that it would be nice to play for the Catalan giants someday.

Barcelona are one of the best clubs in the world and it is understandable why the top players want to play for them.

Furthermore, the chance to play with Lionel Messi on the club level must be alluring as well.

Dybala has played with Messi for Argentina.

He said: “The truth is that Barcelona is huge team worldwide and with Messi there even bigger. It would be very nice, but Juventus is also an incredible club, very big, full of history, where there are currently great players.”

Elsewhere, Real Madrid are looking to offload some of their fringe players this summer so that they can recoup some money for transfers.

Colombian attacking midfielder James Rodriguez has been offered to clubs on a cut price deal.

Rodrigues has fallen out of favour at Santiago Bernabeu and he needs a fresh start.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid can invest the money on a player they truly want.

Los Blancos have been linked with the likes of Camavinga and Havertz recently.
