‘I think that it is done’ – Former French international, on Mbappe’s future amid Real Madrid links

Kylian Mbappe makes an emphatic return in PSG's 3-0 win against OGC Nice

Former French international defender Adil Rami has claimed that Kylian Mbappe will leave Paris Saint-Germain in the summer.

The 21-year-old has been linked with Real Madrid over the last few months and when asked about Mbappe’s future, Rami said: “I think that it is done. Even more so because talks are failing to advance. You get the sense that it annoys him, talking about that. He is not speaking with the club, or with his entourage. And from the moment when that annoys you, it means that he doesn’t want to hear it. His future seems totally traced out and it is sad for the Parisians, even for Ligue 1.”

It seems that the player is determined to secure an exit from the French club this coming summer and it will be interesting to see if Real Madrid can agree on a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for the World Cup winner.

The Spanish club are in desperate need of a world-class attacker who can fill the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe certainly has the talent.

The Frenchman is destined to develop into a superstar and this would be a good time to snap him up.

Real Madrid expected Eden Hazard to fill the void left by Christian Ronaldo but the Belgian has failed spectacularly so far.

Mbappe has creativity and goals in his games and he would be a better fit to replace the current Juventus attacker.

It will be interesting to see how much PSG demand for the French attacker. They paid £131.5 million to sign him from Monaco and PSG will be looking to recoup most of that.
