PSG looking to sign Kean permanently, but Ancelotti has other plans

Moise Kean-PSG

Italian striker Moise Kean has made quite an impression since joining Paris Saint-Germain on a loan deal and the French outfit are looking to sign him up on a permanent deal at the end of this season.

According to reports, the PSG sporting director Leonardo will look to sign the 20 year old from the Premier League club.

Apparently Everton value the player at around 45 to 50 million euros and it will be interesting to see if PSG are willing to cough up that kind of money for the young forward.

Apparently Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti still counts on Kean for the next season and he believes that the young forward would be an integral part of his long term project.

The Toffees have Dominic Calvert-Lewin as their first choice striker but they could use more depth in the position and Moise Kean would be a superb partner for the England international.

The Italian has scored 14 goals in 26 games for the French outfit so far and it will be interesting to see if he can finish the season strongly and force his way into Ancelotti’s first-team plans next season.

A lot will depend on what the player wants. He had a tough time in English football and he might not be keen on a return. Furthermore, if Ancelotti fails to guarantee him regular game time, Kean is unlikely to be interested in a return from Ligue 1 champions.

As far as PSG are concerned, they are a more alluring project for any player and they can provide him with regular Champions League football as well.
