Manchester City targets Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey

Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey is a target for Premier League clubs this summer.

As per Daily Mail, Manchester United and Chelsea are keen on the player.

Bailey has been linked with Manchester City before and it seems that two more English clubs have joined the race.

The talented Jamaican winger has huge potential and he could develop into a star in future. It will be interesting to see if Chelsea or United manage to snap him up this summer.

Both teams could use more depth in their wide areas and Bailey would be an impressive signing for them.

The Leverkusen ace will add pace and flair to the side and he would improve both teams going forward.

City were looking at him as a replacement for Leroy Sane, who is expected to return to Bundesliga at the end of this season.

The 22-year-old is valued at around £40million and all three Premier League clubs can afford to pay that for him.

It will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Bailey needs to move to a club where he can play regularly. He is at the stage of his career where he needs to play in order to develop.

Chelsea or United could be the ideal fit for him. Manchester City have two quality wingers in Sterling and Mahrez.

Bailey has scored 7 goals this season for Leverkusen.
