Barcelona crashed to a 2-1 defeat against Osasuna at home earlier in La Liga.

The defeat hands Real Madrid their 34th league title. Zinedine Zidane’s side are now seven points clear at the top with one game to go.

Barcelona will be thoroughly disappointed with their campaign so far and Lionel Messi seems very frustrated in the post match interviews.

Diaz had given the away side the lead on the 15th minute and Messi managed to equalize for the hosts on the hour mark.

However, Osasuna bagged a dramatic late winner four minutes into stoppage time. Torres scored late on to secure all three points for the visitors.

The home side were firm favourites heading into the game and they put on a lackluster display. It will be interesting to see how the defeat affects Setien’s future at the club.

The manager has admitted that he is unsure of whether he will be at the club when Barcelona take on Napoli in the Champions League later.

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi criticized the team for their weak mentality. He also claimed that the players have not been able to give back to the fans with their performances on the pitch in the recent seasons.

He said: “We didn’t expect to finish in this way, but it sums up the year for us. We are a weak team who can be beaten with enough intensity and enthusiasm. We have lost a lot of points which we shouldn’t have done. We have been very inconsistent. We need to be self-critical, starting with the players, but also across the entire club. We are Barcelona, and we are obliged to win every game.”
