Manchester United are looking to use Paul Pogba as their number ten when the season resumes.
According to Sun, Solkjaer plans to use Fernandes in the midfield alongside the likes of Fred and the Frenchman will be given the licence to attack.
Pogba is a world class player on his day but he has had a tough time with United this season.
It will be interesting to see if the position change brings out the best in him.
Apparently, Pogba has been used in that role in training and he has managed to impress.
The Frenchman has the tehnical ability to play in the final third. He is a very good shooter and he can dribble past players as well.
Furthermore, he is a world class passer who can find teammates with key passes.
He has all the tools to succeed as a number ten and it will be interesting to see how the United midfield works once the league resumes.
There is clearly a lot of potential in the current Manchester United squad and if Solskjaer manages to get the most out of his players, United could easily challenge for the top honours.
They have shown their quality by beating the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City this season.
Pogba is matchwinner and if he manages to regain his form, United could end the season really strongly. They will be hoping to make it to the top four before the end of the season.
