Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane has been linked with a move away from the club this summer.

Manchester City have been tipped as a potential destination.

Reports claim that the striker’s England teammates believe he could refuse to return to pre-season training with Tottenham and try to force a move to the Premier League champions.

It was reported earlier in the summer that Kane wants to join a club capable of winning the Premier League and the Champions League.

It is evident that Tottenham are not at that stage yet, and the striker will not be able to fulfil his ambitions with the Londoners anytime soon.

Manchester City are one of the best teams in world football, and they could certainly help the 27-year-old fulfil his ambitions next season.

Newly appointed Tottenham manager Nuno Espirito Santo has been adamant that the striker will not be sold, and it will be interesting to see if Spurs can hold onto their talisman for another season at the very least.

Manchester City certainly have the finances to tempt the London club into selling the England international. It remains to be seen how the situation unfolds over the next few weeks.

Kane is one of the best players in the world, and Manchester City could certainly use someone like him to replace Sergio Aguero.

The Tottenham star won the Golden Boot in the Premier League last season, and he picked up the most number of assists in the league.
