With the European transfer window now open, the Premier League clubs are doing their best to bring in proper reinforcements before the start of the new season.

The likes of Chelsea Arsenal have been linked with numerous players already and it will be interesting to see if they can sign their preferred targets before the window closes.

The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for the German attacker Kai Havertz. 

Chelsea are thought to be closing in on the player and they have already agreed on personal terms. The Premier League club are close to agreeing on a fee with Leverkusen as well and the difference in valuation between the two clubs is thought to be minimal.

Meanwhile, the Blues are interested in signing Sergio Reguilon on as well. They need to bring in a proper left-back this summer and Reguilon and has done well in La Liga. 

The defender has no future at Real Madrid and a move to Chelsea would be ideal for him.

He would be an upgrade on the likes of Alonso and Palmieri.

Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho has been linked with a move to Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea this summer and it will be interesting to see where he ends up eventually.

The Brazilian has been on loan at Bayern Munich this season and he managed to impress with his performances.

Brazilian defender Gabriel is another player who has been linked with a move to the Premier League this summer.

According to latest reports, the Brazilian defender is close to signing for Arsenal.

The Gunners have already agreed on a fee with his club and the player is set to sign a long term contract at Emirates.

Arteta needed to improve his defensive options before the new season starts and he will be delighted with the addition of Gabriel.

The 22-year-old is highly talented and he has a big future ahead of him. He has the talent to succeed in the Premier League and it will be interesting to see if he can adapt to English football quickly and make an immediate impact next season.
