Tottenham update: Latest on Dele Alli’s transfer desire and Eriksen return

Tottenham borrow £175m to ease coronavirus impact

Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli is confident of sealing a loan move to Paris Saint Germain this month.

The 24-year-old is no longer a key player for Jose Mourinho and he wants to leave the Premier League side in order to play more often.

Alli will be hoping to secure his place in the England setup for the Euros this summer and he needs to play regularly in order for that to happen.

Paris Saint Germain are currently managed by the former Tottenham midfielder Mauricio Pochettino and Dele Alli will be hoping that the Argentine manager can help him resurrect his career.

the 24-year-old is rated highly by Pochettino and the PSG manager is likely to give him more game time as compared to Jose Mourinho.

Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen is determined to return to Tottenham this month on a loan deal and it will be interesting to see if Spurs are willing to fulfil the economic conditions set forth by Inter Milan.

The Italian club wants Tottenham to pay all of his wages of around £120,000 per week.

It will be an expensive proposition for the London club and it remains to be seen whether they are willing to splash the cash of the 28-year-old Danish playmaker.

Inter are prepared to sell the midfielder permanently as well and they will demand a fee of around £27 million.
