The Bianconeri have entered the race for the French midfielder.

Juventus are looking to throw a spanner in the works of Real Madrid as they are considering a move for Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

According to reports, Juventus are looking to make use of their relationship with the French club, which they gained after selling Daniele Rugani earlier in the transfer window, to facilitate the transfer of Camavinga.

The young French midfielder has been a top target for Real Madrid meanwhile PSG and Manchester United are understood to be keeping tabs on him.

The 17-year-old burst on to the scenes following his breathtaking 2019/20 season, helping Rennes qualify for the Champions League.

Camavinga has started this season on a high note as Rennes currently top the Ligue 1 table after six games.

He also earned his first call up to the France national team last month, making his debut against Croatia in the Nations League. Camavinga scored his maiden goal in France’s 7-1 win against Croatia last week.

The French prodigy was highly speculated to leave Rennes in the summer but ended up staying with them.

Having already signed Arthur and Weston McKennie in the summer transfer window, Andrea Pirlo wants to add another midfielder in the form of Camavinga to Juve’s ranks. Juve are also interested in Lyon’s Houssem Aouar, another midfielder from Ligue 1.

Camavinga is an exciting prospect and it will be interesting to see which of the top European clubs would win the battle for his signature.
