Juventus offered Ronaldo to Barcelona, could pair up with Messi

Atalanta 2-2 Juventus Ronaldo double rescued Juve

Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo could be on the move this summer.

The Portuguese star has been offered to several clubs including Barcelona.

As per Spanish journalist Guillem Balague, Juventus are struggling with their finances and they won’t be able to afford the former Real Madrid star’s wages.

They have asked his agent Jorge Mendes to find a new club for the player.

Ronaldo has been offered to PSG and the MLS as well. It will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Balague said: “He’s been offered everywhere, including Barcelona. I’m not sure if they can get rid of him easily with the kind of money he earns. Who is going to pay that kind of money? The reason why Cristiano Ronaldo has been linked with PSG, it’s not so much because PSG are thinking of getting him, but because Jorge Mendes [Ronaldo’s agent] has been given instructions to actually find a team for Ronaldo.”

The experienced forward is one of the best players of this generation and whoever signs him would get a tremendous asset for a short term.

Although a move to Barcelona seems highly unlikely, it would be one of the signings of the decade if it happens.

Ronaldo and Messi have always faced each other as opponents and those two playing as teammates would be a blockbuster development.

Barcelona are struggling with their finances as well and they are expected to sell some of their players to balance their books. It doesn’t seem like they can afford the Portuguese star.

PSG could be an option for him. The French outfit are backed by Arab money and they can afford to put together a remarkable triumvirate of Neymar, Ronaldo and Mbappe.
