Juventus to extend Ronaldo’s contract

Juventus are looking to reward Cristiano Ronaldo with a contract extension following his age-defying performances since joining them.

With his contract set to expire in the summer of 22, Bianconeri are planning to extend the Portuguese’s stay for another year.

Earlier, reports emerged that Juve were looking to cut ties with the former Real Madrid star after finding his wages a hefty one due to financial dilemma.

Aouar still on the radar

Lyon midfielder Houssem Aouar appears to be still on the radar of Juve. The highly-coveted French youngster is understood to be a top target for Premier League outfit Arsenal.

Locatelli not moving in January

Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli, who is a top target for the Old Lady, will not leave in the January transfer window, confirmed by the club’s director Giovanni Carnevali.

Locatelli has emerged as one of the highly-rated midfielders in Europe following his impressive seasons at Sassuolo, which has seen him get linked with top clubs and more recently Manchester City

Citizens are plotting a summer move for Locatelli, with his agent stating that any interest from the clubs who can offer Champions League football would be considered.

Bernardeschi to leave Juve on loan

Juventus have agreed to sell Federico Bernardeschi on loan in January to get him more playtime, with the Euros on the horizon.

The Italian has been deprived of game time under Andrea Pirlo this season although he believes he can earn a spot at the national team under the guidance of Roberto Mancini.
